1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital educational materials, ebooks, code starter packs, or interactive curriculum guides from Gen AI Bharat ("Website", "Platform"), you ("User", "Student", "Parent", or "Institution") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our digital publications.
2. Educational Purpose & Digital License
Gen AI Bharat publishes educational digital workbooks and Python code repositories specifically structured for school students (Class 6 to 12) to learn Agentic AI, autonomous reasoning frameworks, and modern AI engineering skills.
Single-User Personal Educational License Grant:
Upon successful payment, Gen AI Bharat grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user digital license to download, read, and execute the accompanying code for individual educational, non-commercial self-learning purposes only.
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Protection
All texts, structural pedagogies, original code examples, diagrams, illustrations, and digital ebook layouts on Gen AI Bharat are the proprietary intellectual property of Gen AI Bharat and its founders (protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957).
- Prohibited Distribution: You may NOT upload, redistribute, share, resell, rent, host on public torrent/Telegram/WhatsApp channels, or broadcast any portion of the ebook or source files.
- Dynamic Watermarking: All generated PDF copies may contain invisible cryptographic tokens and visible footer stamps tied to the purchaser’s email and order ID. Any unauthorized leaking or distribution of watermarked files will result in immediate termination of the license and appropriate legal recourse.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices listed on Gen AI Bharat are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). We reserve the right to revise prices, run seasonal promotional discounts, or introduce bundles at any time.
- Payments are processed securely through certified Indian Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay / Cashfree) supporting UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards.
- By initiating a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that sufficient funds are available.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our ebooks, interactive roadmaps, and code examples are designed to supplement school and self-directed computer science education. While our materials are curated with rigorous technical depth, Gen AI Bharat does not guarantee specific grades, academic board exam results (CBSE/ICSE/State boards), or college admission outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, Gen AI Bharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital resources.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
